Do I need to register to order ?

No need to register, you don’t need to register however we encourage you to do so to be able to order but also to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Tracking your orders and see the history of purchases
  • Save your personal information such as address and card details to be able to shop faster

How do I order ?

You need to follow these steps to start shopping with us:

  • If you’re registered user, then just sign in to your account
  • If you’re not registered yet, you can connect through your Facebook / Google account or simply order as a guest
  •  Once you have found what you wish for, select your size the quantity you want and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
  • You can either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on VIEW YOUR CART.
  • If you’re satisfied with the items in yours shopping bag, click ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

I have forgotten my password, what shall I do ?

You should follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the sign in page to Re-set your password.

Can I cancel my order ?

If your order is still within its fulfillment phase (usually the same day), you can contact our customer support team to submit your cancellation request.

What payment methods does Marcqa accept, and is it safe to use my credit card online ?

We accept Visa, MasterCard. You can also choose cash on delivery. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

My promotion code did not work

 Please check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date. All  discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. Your code must be entered in the format in which it was received. Otherwise contact us via email or on any of our social media accounts

It may help to clear your cookies and cache if your code is not working.

Are you selling fake products/brands ?

All the products/brands we sell are 100% Original, with an invoice certified by the brand you bought from.

How long does delivery take ?

The delivery process takes 3-5 working days. 

How do I return an item ?

If you are not satisfied with your marcqa order, we offer a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Kindly go to our “Return Request” Page and fill the form. You will be contacted by us in a very short delay to proceed with your Refund/Return request.

What is you return policy ?

The process can take up to 15 working days. Upon receiving the items at marcqa, we will reimburse you for these items to the account you paid with. In case you paid on delivery, the amount will be reimburse via bank transfer or via phone cash services.
